From the building areas there are several nice ocean and Whales Tail views. Look the other way and there is an amazing display of jungle & wildlife. Once into the 50+ acres of jungle, one can spend days exploring, learning and getting back to nature.

Frontage on the Rio Ballena extends for 400+ meters within a dense rain forest canopy filled with wildlife - again, a nature lover's haven. Water is present on the property in springs and streams. Electricity isn't to the property yet and it is hard to say if/when it ever will be. The property is unique in that it is essentially a one or two family property at this enormous size. The amount of old secondary, nearing primary status growth jungle restricts any development. The building sites are at the uppermost part of the property and run along the road.

The road services just a few houses further up. The road is currently a rough drive, but this varies depending on recent weather, traffic and maintenance. Right now the drive up from the coastal highway is about 8 minutes.
