Oasis is made up of 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. There is a gorgeous, 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house as well, nicely appointed sporting its own view.Oasis has the distinction of being built by the most sought after builder/designer team in the Dominical area. The design and decor, as well as the underlying construction, are as good as it gets.

The house is situated on a north-west facing ridge. This results in a gorgeous, white water view all the way up the coast to Manuel Antonio. The view also sweeps out over some stunning Costa Rica, jungle-clad mountains and valleys where there is a constant play of mists and light - stunning.

Every room in the house has a view. The living room wall is all glass that accordions open, so the view is available with the wall open, or closed. The two bedrooms in the main house have open access to the view and have sliding glass doors to their own private decks.

The pool is custom tiled and has to be seen to be appreciated. There is a circular whirlpool set into the pool.The master bedroom has an almost outside shower if you open the glass sliders, through which you can step out to the custom tiled bath tub set into the deck.

It is easy to overlook that fact that the roof is a gradually curved crescent shape, made entirely of concrete. This is an amazing touch in this land of tropical rain showers. The heaviest rain has no effect on music listening, nor conversations in the interior. The concrete roof silences the rainfall.

Oasis is the fifth effort by the builder/designer team, and it shows. Oasis is a piece of art.
